Training Courses Invoices are payable within 30 days of date of issue, unless the date of the course falls within the 30 day period, in which case full payment is required prior to delegates attending the course.
If you cancel your booking up to 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the course date, your money will be refunded less an administration fee of £50.00 (GBP).
Cancellations made within 14 days of a course date will not be refunded, or if not paid, will remain payable.
